Featured Coffee: Never Coffee Oh!

Oh! is a washed process coffee from Colombia, roasted by Never Coffee in Portland, OR, USA. Their tasting notes include pineapple, green grape, and dulce de leche. We chose to brew this coffee on the Ratio + Kone with a 1:15 ratio of coffee to water.

Our recipe:

45g coffee — medium grind
675g water

Brewed on the Ratio Eight

Tasting notes:

This coffee reminds us of dry white wine. Lots of effervescence, green grape notes, and flavors of honeycrisp apple. Some lemongrass notes. All of the acidity is nicely balanced by sweet flavors of milk chocolate and star anise. The finish lingers like citrus oil. 

Our take:

An effervescent, bright coffee from Never. A supremely enjoyable experience for those who get excited by acidity-forward coffees. We loved it!
